Users can register applications (T1098.001)
Any user can register an application in this tenant. A registered application holds its own credentials and requests permissions that outlast the user's access.
Why it matters

Why there's no automatic fix
GraphnAI doesn't change Microsoft Entra tenant settings yet.
How to fix it
In the Microsoft Entra admin center, open Users, then User settings. Set Users can register applications to No. Give the Application Developer role to the people who need it.
