Non-privileged owner of a privileged app or service principal (T1098.001)
Someone who isn't a Tier 0 administrator can add a credential to a privileged app, as its owner or through an admin role that manages app credentials.
Why it matters
Adding a secret to the app lets that person sign in as the app and use everything it holds. Taking over the owner's account is often easier than taking over an administrator's.
How GraphnAI finds it
It runs after every sync, on each connected domain or tenant on its own. It applies to Microsoft Entra ID.
It reads:

Why there's no automatic fix
Removing an app's owners or a credential admin role is done in Microsoft Entra.
How to fix it
Remove owners who aren't Tier 0 administrators from this app, or remove the permissions that make it privileged.
